What happens to a contact message?

The contact form asks for your name, email address and message. You can also provide proposed rental dates. We use those details to receive and respond to your enquiry. The enquiry form is not intended for payment-card numbers, identity documents or other sensitive information.

Messages are sent through an email-delivery provider to our enquiry mailbox. The website displays an error if the message cannot be sent, with an email address you can use instead.

What happens when you search for a car?

The booking tool is provided by our booking partner. It processes the locations and dates you select and, if you continue with a booking, the information requested in that process. The booking process shows its own privacy information and conditions.

Pickup and return dates and locations appear in the search page address so the booking tool can open your selected search. Sharing that link shares the dates, locations and any booking reference it contains.

What does the theme control remember?

The light and dark theme control saves your choice in your browser's local storage under the name theme. It is used to display your preferred appearance when you return. You can remove it by clearing this site's stored browser data.

How can you ask about your information?

We identify an enquiry from its email address and message, without identity or payment documents. Information entered in the booking tool is handled by the booking partner and the supplier named in the booking documents.
